Ella Elizabeth Dake, infant daughter of Dustin and Shantry Dake, died on Tuesday, October 23, 2007, at the Osceola Community Hospital in Sibley.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 29, at the United Methodist Church, Harris, with Rev. Christopher Ebbers officiating. Interment was in Ocheyedan Township Cemetery, Ocheyedan, with Walton-Roste Funeral Home, Sibley, in charge of arrangements.

Ella is survived by her parents and one sister: Dustin and Shantry Dake and Autumn of Ocheyedan; maternal grandmother: Elaine Stevens of Ashton; maternal grandfather: Kevin Stevens of LeMars; paternal grandmother: Cheryl Dake of Harris; paternal grandfather: Duane Dake of Ocheyedan; two aunts: Ashley (Joe) Hensch of Sibley and Cecily Stevens of Ashton; two uncles: Seth Stevens of Ashton and Derrick Dake of Bigelow, Minn.; maternal great-grandfather: Daniel Stevens of Sheldon; and three cousins: Oliva and Gavin Hensch of Sibley and Hadley Dake of Inwood.
She is preceded in death by her maternal great-grandpatents: Gerrit and Elizabeth Van Maanen and Melinda Stevens; paternal great-grandparents: Ray and Delores Dake and Lota and Hilda Rieck.2 |
