Cornelius and Daisy Russell Cornelius. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Brunswick. She is survived by one son, George M. Merriman Jr. and wife, Katie, of Breckenridge, Colo.; one brother, L.H. Cornelius Jr. and wife, Veta, of Glen Burnie; one granddaughter, Kelli Lombard and husband, Aaron, of Durango, Colo.; one grandson, George M. Merriman and wife, Jennifer, of Boulder, Colo.; great-granddaughter, Remley Elizabeth Merriman; devoted daughter-in-law, Diane Merriman of Brunswick; best friend, Betty Reynolds of Brunswick; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Merriman Sr., in 1961, and seven brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, Feb. 7, at Grace Episcopal Church, 114 E. "A" St., Brunswick. Fr. Frank Fortkamp will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grace Episcopal Church, 114 E.
